Terms and Conditions

Please use our Return Authorization Form or contact us before sending back any product.

Return policy

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in new condition. There will be a 10 percent restocking fee for all returns. The PS series spectroradiometers are non-refundable.

Product Warranty

All Apogee products have a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Some situations (but not all) that invalidate the warranty are:

• the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, improper testing, improper installation, improper storage, improper handling, or use contrary to instructions given by Apogee Instruments
• the product has been altered by anyone except Apogee
• the product has been operating outside of environmental specifications for the product
• the product failed due to an extreme condition i.e. fire, flood, etc.
