Does the Guardian require batteries?
The Guardian does not use batteries. The Guardian needs to be attached to continual power, either through a Modbus connection or power cord.
Can I connect my Guardian to my computer via USB?
The USB connection is for power only. Data transmission will not occur. However, the Guardian can connect to your phone via Bluetooth and the Apogee Connect app. The Guardian can also be integrated into your grow using Modbus.
If the part of the Guardian that measure CO2 dies, do I need to buy a whole new assembly?
There's a separate module in the bottom of the Guardian used to measure CO2, humidity, and pressure that can be easily removed for recalibration or replaced with a new module. You wouldn't have to buy a new Guardian.
My Guardian disconnects when my phone display goes to sleep. How can I fix this?
Adjust the settings on your phone so your display stays on longer.
My Guardian readings don't seem right, they are too large/small, what can I do?
Some sensors require custom calibration factors. If your sensor came with a calibration sheet and custom calibration factors, please make sure that you are using these when setting up the sensor in the Apogee Connect App.

If sensor readings are still too large/small, ensure you have the correct sensor model selected in the settings screen.
