Apogee Instruments SB-110 barometric pressure sensors combine excellent performance and affordability in a small, handy sensor. The sensor works well as a stand-alone product or it can be combined with sensors affected by barometric pressure, such as our line of oxygen sensors. The SB-110 consists of a silicon capacitive sensing element and signal processing circuitry mounted in a compact epoxy plastic/stainless steel housing and lead wires to connect to a measurement device. Typical applications include pressure measurement in weather networks, often for weather forecasting and to correct the output of sensors sensitive to pressure changes. SB-110 pressure sensors output an analog voltage that is directly proportional to barometric pressure.
This pressure sensor is weather resistant and is designed for outdoor deployment. The standard cable length offerings are 5 meter, 10 meter, and 20 meter, or you can customize for longer lead lengths.
